What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as other online payment forms.

How long does fulfillment take?
Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days, and it’s 2–5 business days for all production techniques. Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

- More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

How long does shipping take?
Our shipping time is dependent on where the item is fulfilled compared to your shipping address. Most orders should arrive anywhere from 5-20 days after the order is placed.

How do I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order ships from our fulfillment center, you'll receive a prompt shipping notification email containing the tracking number for your order. Account holders can log in and find tracking information in their order history.

What if my tracking number shows that my package was delivered but I did not receive it?
Tracking information will sometimes show that packages are delivered a day before they actually are. Please wait 24 hours and check back. If your package has still not arrived, we recommend reaching out to your local post office. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Who do I contact if I need to return or exchange products in my order?
You can report problems with an order through the Contact Us page. Be aware that we may require a photo to be submitted with your problem inquiry to begin a reshipment.

How long do I have to submit a claim for a return/exchange?
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 20 days after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. It is always best to include photos with your initial problem report to avoid delays.

What should I do if my order is damaged?
We are committed to packaging shipments in the best possible way to fully protect the order contents, however, in rare instances items can arrive damaged while in the production and transit process. Please submit an inquiry to our customer support team through the Contact Us page and provide your order number and a photo of the damaged goods. We will be happy to make it right!

How long will it take to receive a response from the customer support team?
We value your time, and our support team is here for you. Please allow 1-2 business days for a response during our business hours from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm EST. We appreciate your patience!

If someone wants to order items for teams in different offices, it is possible to do this all in one order. So for instance, can you go into US, EU, UK and still pay with the same check out? Or would you have to do separate orders?
We can't split ship orders through this website, so you would need to create separate orders for each shipping address. There are two ways a team leader could do this:
- Purchase gift codes and distribute to their team to self-fulfill.
- Submit an inquiry on our Contact Us page. We will provide you with a google form for you to gather the data from your team members into a templated spreadsheet. You'd then submit that information to us through email. Our team would then upload the grouped order into the store where you are able to view and track individual orders as if they were placed right through the website. There would be a small service fee of $2.00 per recipient for this process. Payment for the order could be arranged either through PO or with a credit card payment link.

Gift cards are issued in USD but my shop shows up in my local currency, how does this work?
When you purchase or redeem a gift card, the value will be converted from USD to your local currency. For example, if the exchange rate on a given day is 1 USD = 0,95 Euros, a $100 USD gift card will be worth €95,00. As the exchange rate fluctuates, the value in local currency will also fluctuate as the card will always hold its value in USD.
